This 2400 sq. ft 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bath easily sleeps 10. The home has two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The downstairs master is furnished with a king-size bed, with a tub/shower combination in the master bathroom. Upstairs are the remaining 3 bedrooms. The second master is a queen suite with a step-in shower. The other two bedrooms are equipped with 2 twin beds and a twin bunk bed and queen, respectively. The remaining two bedrooms share the adjacent bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination.



After a long day, warm yourself while sitting next to the wood stove and watching a good movie on the big screen TV. After a long day at Mt. Bachelor simply relax in the private hot tub and star gaze.

There is plenty of room to spread out in this home from the large living area to the large back deck with a gas BBQ.


This home is dog friendly. Gladly accepting 2 dogs during your stay.

  We rented the house for our annual family trip and it really worked well for us. There was plenty of space for our 2 grown children and their families (10 total). The house was very clean on arrival. It is well stocked and the furnishings were not old or worn. It was very warm during the week so it was a bit of a challenge keeping the inside at a comfortable temperature during the days but the nights cooled down wonderfully. We knew there was no air conditioning so we requested a couple of fans the week before we arrived. The house also had 2 fans.
  The location was great. Walking distance to the Village.
  We took full advantage of Sunriver, golfing, biking, floating the river, the SHARC, concert at the lodge and zip lining at Mt Bachelor.

  The house has great bones and lots of room. No air conditioning. The master bedroom floors squeak badly everywhere. The master tv was missing a tv remote so to change the volume or turn it off and on you had to get up. The location was great and great living room and dining. The hit tub and barbeque worked well. There was a gas leak in the laundry room where the hot water heater is. It took 3 different men and 6 trips to get it fixed.

    We hope that everyone enjoyed their stay. The home does not have air conditioning but Sunset Lodging does have portable a/c units available if you come and visit us again in the future. Please know that staff is available 24/7 to take care of any issues that you may have and we would have loved to bring you a spare remote. Once a gas leak was detected, the local utility company takes over and we do apologize that they were not able to address it the first time.

  The house was incredible. Nice and open with plenty of space for a bunch of adults and a decent number of kids. I've stayed at a number of other properties on our yearly trips to Sunriver, but this was far and away the best.
  A minor gripe, but the balusters on the stairs and upper floor overlook were wide enough that small children could very easily fall through. This meant that we had to isolate our highly-mobile toddler on the main floor.

  This place is excellent. We had 2 families with teenagers and we had a great time. It's much bigger than it looks in the pictures, the rooms are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a large dining room (seats 12) and a huge couch that can fit up to 10 people! TVs in every room, great hot tub, Wifi worked perfectly. We would definitely rent this place again.

  We were happy overall with our stay. Great locating in relation to the town center, short bike ride to the pool. Used the passes. We enjoyed being able to take the grand kids into all the restaurants, some had wonderful activity areas for grand kids. Had to leave the pet at home but it would have been a nice house for that option too. Open space within the house provided lots of opportunities for our kids and grand kids to move around. The inside was clean and the bedroom setup worked for all of our family. The hot tub and BBQ were a bit dirty upon our arrival. We cleaned each after usage as requested by the rental agency. We will be back in the future.

  After many years, we finally had a family vacation - 8 adults and 2 children. This house was perfect for us. We loved the openness of the kitchen, dining and living rooms. And the large dining table was just the right size. Hot tub was wonderful and there are plenty of towels. This home is in a great location - close to the Village and the Lodge. There were plenty of bikes for us and even a children's tow behind which came in handy. The tandem has seen better days, but it works! There are life jackets and oars and some rafts/floaties. We brought games but they have plenty there too. A nice bonus was the extra refrigerator in the garage. There are plenty of dishes, pans, pots, serving dishes, and kitchen gadgets. Pet friendly too with dog dishes and sheets to protect furniture. I only have a couple of suggestions: provide a broom (I looked everywhere) and more dishtowels and something to scrub dishes with because the dishwasher does not do a very good job of cleaning. We bought pods and that helped a little. We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to rent this home again.

  Total of 8 adults and 2 kids under 10. Plenty of space for everyone. 3.5 bathrooms was a big plus. Also having an electronic key lock for the front door was very convenient as most of us arrived outside of normal working hours.
  
  The house had easy access to the village and the bike paths. 2 of the bikes in the garage had flat tires, but wasn't an issue for us since there were plenty of bikes. Would have been nice to have 1 or 2 kids bikes.

Most homes in Sun River do not offer A/C, but the cool nights allow guests to open the windows to cool down the house.   Exceptional Staff were very kind and helpful-house was very clean and tidy and well supplied.

  Everything was terrific. My only recommendations would be to add one or two bikes for kids in the garage, and include instructions for the complex TV/cable system (there were like 5 remotes!). Also, we found it odd that we were not able to lock any of the bedroom or bathroom doors from the inside. Other than the above, everything else was really nice!

  We stayed in this home last year and loved it so much we returned again this Year! This house is well maintained and comfortable for ten. The open living area is great for everyone to gather. Love the location. Will definitely be returning next summer!

  We enjoyed the Woodland 6 house very much. We had 5 adults and 2 toddlers and there was plenty of space to spread out. We cooked in a lot and the kitchen was well equipped. The closeness to the Mall was great. Beautiful setting. Deer came right up to the yard everyday. So fun!

  We absolutely loved this home! The house easily accommodated 9 of us who came down to participate in the Pacific Crest weekend. We were easily within walking distance to The Village. The SHARC passes were a big bonus and we enjoyed using them every day.
  
  The home lacked nothing - very clean, plenty of room for everyone, the kitchen was well stocked, board games, towels, extra linens, bikes, helmets - everything!!

  The only recommendation that I have would be a request for written instructions on how to use the remote controls! There were at least 5 remote controls for the living room TV; we never did figure out how to get TV channels but did enjoy the DVDs and Netflix.

  Two families (4 adults, 4 kids age 9-12) and two dogs loved this house. There are 2 master bedrooms and plenty of beds for kids. The kids had a blast riding around the circle (remember to stay out of the middle for ground restoration) on bikes. Easy access to the path and close proximity to the Village/Sharc/River Loop trail made this house perfect. Multiple tvs were a plus since we had 2 days of freak thunder/lightening. Our WiFi wasnt cooperating but the management office connected me to the Cable Co and they quickly rebooted the system and everything worked. We will come back to this house!

  From point of contact to checkout, our experience with Sunset Lodging has been nothing short of exceptional. This home was more than we expected. Everything explained about the property was exact. Upon arrival, the home was immaculate. Normally I re-clean the entire house. However, this time...I actually could relax and enjoy everything! We loved the layout of the home. The furnishings were fantastic as well. From the SHARC to whitewater rafting (Sun Country Tours) to hiking the Benham Falls, our stay was amazing! I highly recommend this home.

  Sunset Lodging was easy to work with, and very nice. The home was well appointed, and an easy walk to the villiage. It's also easy to get to from Highway 97. This was perfect for our group of 6, although I suspect a group of 8 would work well also. Bikes, hot tub and other amenities appreciated. The gals at the office were great to deal with.
