  We spent 5 nights at Red Fir 22 during the heat of the summer. The place was clean , close to everything and suited our needs. Only challenges we had was the AC was not able to keep the main upstairs cool, the hot water tank kept tripping the breaker and the internet TV had challenges with buffering. We let Sunset Lodging know of the AC and hot water issues and they sent someone out immediately to assess it and do the best they could to fix the issues. Though the AC still had challenges (probably due to how hot it was outside and the main floor was upstairs) and we had to reset the hot water a few times still. Overall the place work well for us and we would stay again.

  The home itself was great. Lots of space, fantastic location, and all the basics we needed for a short family get-away.
  Being so close to the Village and the parks was ideal, as that's where we spent most of our time, since covid had closed the SHARQ. :-(

  You cannot beat the location. Easy walk to the SHARC and Village.
  Beautiful, large upper level deck. Lower level stays cool all day. The kitchen was small and had no place for dry goods. Bring boxes to store those things and it’ll be fine. Overall, a great place to stay in Sunriver.

  Once again, we really enjoyed our stay in Red fir 22. It is a clean and very functional condo. It's location is awesome-close to Shark and the Village and trails for walking and biking. The only down side is the wood burning stove. As it did last time, it smoked out the room despite our efforts to have it not happen. So I'm wondering what the issue is with it....we can't figure it out! Again-we love staying there if we could figure out this one issue! We even got engaged this time around so it was a very special time..

  The house worked really well for our family. Enough room for our needs, though I certainly wouldn't call it spacious. Would have been nice to have a garage for bike storage. Make sure you bring food supplies...only salt and pepper provided. No Ac, but we know that going in. A great value for the price, and close to SHARC and the Village.

We host a LOT of 'Foodies' here in Sunriver, given the great access to delectable NorthWest cuisine at our restaurants, and we always encourage guests to bring their food items of choice, including condiments as those are a bit hard to guarantee at any given time. We hope you found the kitchen itself well appointed, as we want our families to have everything they need to share meals together.   This property is a perfect location, close to the Village and Sharc. The bike trails start right near the home. We rode all the trails and up to Point Butte. We started each morning on the River Trail. It is an easy and beautiful ride. The home easily accommodated three adults and two teenagers. Everyone had enough space to be comfortable and have their own private space. The house comes with an outdoor BBQ grill, which we used everyday. I look forward to our next vacation here. I would recommend this home anytime of the year. It has a hot tub that would be absolutly fantastic in the winter months.

  Great house, close to SHARC with beautiful decks and nice hot tub. The downstairs entrance is cool, even in the heat of the day. We had our extended family over and there was lots of room to hang out. Only downside is a small (but well stocked) kitchen.
