  My husband and I needed a getaway to unplug and relax. This house was perfect!! Clean, quiet, and perfectly appointed. The back porch was amazing, being able to watch the stars at night. The fireplace was most welcome, given the coolish evenings. Stove worked well, and it was heaven having the Keurig for our morning coffee!!

  Everything was clean, worked perfectly and was very well stocked. It's a great value if you don't need extras like bikes and SHARQ passes. It's a little bit dated but that doesn't bother me and I would definitely stay there again.

  We enjoyed many bike rides around beautiful Sunriver. We couldn’t believe there was.a bike for all 8 of us! Next time we will make sure we bring bike helmets for the kiddos as there was only one helmet. The house was clean and comfortable.

  Looking online for a Sunriver place was simple, working with Sunset Lodging was simple, and this house was a simple layout for what we needed.
  Four bedrooms, 2 on either side of the home with two baths, made it easy for two families to stay together and enjoy all that Sunriver offers. The rental is on the old side, but its clean and properly maintained. Doesn't have a garage or hot tun, like most homes, but has a spacial deck on the back.
  If your looking for a place thats simple, knowing your only going to be sleeping in it, then don't pass this little classic gem up.

  We needed a place to stay with our daughter and her family. This rental fulfilled that need. We enjoyed our stay in this home. It was perfect for our two families with bedrooms at both ends of the house. This provided a way to put the small children down for bed and allow separation for the grandparents to sleep without interruption. The area was very nice and we enjoyed taking the bikes out for a ride on the many bike paths. The location allowed easy access onto Hwy 97 for our many trips into Bend to be with other family.

When you are visiting with us, if you need absolutely ANYthing, please just give our office a call and we will bring you any items that you need to be sure you have a good visit. Regarding snow shoveling, I am double checking with our Maintenance Manager, but I believe we try to discourage our guests from doing it as we don't want anyone to get hurt. We try to get to the occupied homes as quickly as possible, but as you saw while you were here, we had 3 monster storms back-to-back which made things a little more challenging. GREAT for our snow enthusiasts, HARD for our plow team. We hope you get back this way soon and thanks again for taking the time to help us get better!

  So pleased with the layout of the house. It was perfect for our family Christmas getaway. The pictures don't quite do it justice. Having two rooms at each end of the house with a bathroom between each set of rooms, and the kitchen, dining and large living room in the center was ideal!
  The kitchen was beyond well-stocked in regard to pots & pans, baking dishes, mixing and serving bowls as well as plates and bowls. There were plenty of glasses and mugs and wine glasses too!
  The beds and couches were comfortable with lots of extra pillows and blankets. We were plenty warm enough.
  The only thing I wish we would have had was a snow shovel.
  Another bonus we enjoyed, were the trails! Even with all the snow, they had their walking/bicycle trails plowed! Even had bikes with special tires for the snow for rent. Such a great location for a vacation with so many options for activities!

  we had a very nice time at this location- very centrally located and great for small kids- only real issue we had was a breaker blew in the kitchen and the property rental service guys did not have a key for the outside locker where the breaker was located so had to take the hinges off the door to get at the breaker box- but that solved the issue

  Enjoyed our stay in tumalo 10. Only complaint is only 2 of 6 adult bikes were in decent condition, and a little difficult to get in and out of small storage. Also lightbulbs in many lamps were not consistent and/or pleasant... bought one bulb to replace one temporarily. Saw deer!

  This was a great vacation home. Perfect for 2 families. Each family gets their own side of the house with their own bathroom. A little out dated with some of the furnishing but still in great condition. Extremely clean and has every appliance and utensil you need. Great location location!
