The kitchen is both spacious and beautifully designed, featuring custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a full selection of cookware and utensils. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking during your stay easy and enjoyable.

The king primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a large walk-in closet and a private bathroom featuring a luxurious jetted Jacuzzi tub. Guests in the primary suite also enjoy direct access to the home’s private hot tub. The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed and television, while the third bedroom features a brand new queen bed, updated furnishings, and its own TV, providing comfortable accommodations for additional guests.

Outside, the enclosed wraparound deck offers a wonderful space to relax and enjoy Sunriver’s fresh mountain air. The deck includes comfortable outdoor seating, a gas BBQ grill, and overlooks a landscaped grassy lawn area. After a day of biking, hiking, or exploring Sunriver, unwind by soaking in the private hot tub under the Central Oregon sky, creating the perfect end to a day of adventure.

The garage provides bikes for exploring Sunriver’s extensive trail system as well as an indoor-outdoor ping-pong table for added entertainment.

Guests staying at this home also receive eight unlimited SHARC passes, which provide access to Sunriver’s popular aquatic center, tubing hill, fitness facilities, and more. Additional recreational perks include free tennis, pickleball, disc golf, and access to the Sunriver Marina.

This single-level, 1,653-square-foot home comfortably accommodates guests with one king bed, two queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living room.   Our family of 6 had a splendid time! Everything was clean and bright. Since it was early in the season, the deck hadn’t been cleaned though so we had to clean the table and chairs with wet paper towels. Hopefully that task is now completed. We used the gas grill which had been kept very clean. The hot tub was great.
  One issue was I could never figure out the master bath jshower head. My husband said you have to pull it out somehow but I couldn’t do it. Maybe the owners can leave instructions on the wall.
  And thank you for the Sharc passes. We love Sun River and will return again.

  We go to Sunriver every year for the last 20 years and this is the first time we’ve stayed in the same house as the previous year. We had such a great experience last year and had a great time this year as well. Everything listed is true including how close the property was to the river. We have two e-bikes and enjoyed all the trails that we ventured on. I must recommend the river loop trail. Lights outside didn’t work. Light in the hot tub didn’t work. But, both minor and didn’t ruin our stay. We would rent this place again.

  this is a nice 3 bedroom ranch home. very clean and comfortable beds. we loved the location near the bridge across the Descheutes River. Close to the trails along the river. the kitchen was clean but could use some more equipment. Drip Coffee maker could use an update. rental agency was great in repairing a crib that we rented and providing a large pot for the kitchen. all in all a very nice place.

  We enjoyed our stay at Whistling Swan. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet and adequately equipped for vacation cooking. The location is near Cardinal Bridge so if you want to be near the village, this is 2+ miles away. Sunset Lodging was great to work with. One thing to note is that the address given is not posted anywhere, so look for the house with the number 2 on it. While there, we enjoyed biking the paths, visiting Elk Lake and Suttle Lake, hiking Big Obsidian Flow and white water rafting. Bend is a great place for eating, shopping and pub-crawling if interested. Sisters is further away and is a cute town but touristy. There are lots of other places to visit too. This is a good place to vacation for all ages.

  Arrived on June 21st. We were able to enter easily following directions. The exterior of then house was obviously being prepped for painting. The workers were using caulk to seal cracks. It appeared to be silicone based and was going to be hard to paint ove (in my opinIon)r. The inside was spotless. Very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. The hot tub was not full, maybe it leaked. The water was clean. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The bikes were in great condition. And the ping pong was a fun game. The washer and dryer were in good condition. All appliances worked well.

  Six decent bikes, helmets (though we brought our own) and right next to bike path. This house near the river is roomy without a lot of wasted space.

  -key code instead of keys works great
  - since there’s only a “2” on the outside of the house, (and no house number) it would be helpful if that was clarified in the email.
  We have rented many units at SR over the years and this was one of the best.

  We had forgotten our bike helmets, so it was a relief when there were helmets there that we could use!
  The bed in the master bedroom is a on the soft side, so if you want a firm mattress, this isn't the place!

  We had a great time again in this vacation home.. the kitchen is huge with an eat- on island. There is a large dining table for big groups. The living room is a little small but there is a third bedroom/study that has a couch when needing more space. The TV is small but worked fine after we figured out which remotes to use.
  
  The Master is large and has a large closet. I enjoyed the big soaker tub too.
  
  There were several areas that needed upkeep. Front porch is warped and had caution tape on it. White rugs had big spots, and the patio umbrella was broken. All things that will probably get fixed.
  
  The location was perfect for hopping on the trail along the river. Loved going down to see the sunset!

  The layout of this house is amazing and fit us very well, but the house is looking very worn. The beds were very uncomfortable and the carpets are permanently stained. The decks are almost unusable. Very sad as we have had good times in this house. The location is amazing with good bike trails nearby. It is one of the few houses with AC which we needed during the week.

  We really enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed home. Beds were very comfortable for us and the bikes and ping pong table were much appreciated. Usually my husband spends time working on whatever bikes are provided, but these were in good working order. The hot tub was great to relax in; would suggest installing some hooks nearby to hang towels up for when you get out. Sunset Lodging's service was terrific - we ended up arriving a bit earlier than we thought and they let us in ahead of schedule. Any initial questions / concerns were handled quickly and cheerfully. We loved the location of this house so near the river and hope to stay here again in the future.

  Whistling Swan 2 is a lovely home in a great location near the bridge. It has air conditioning which is great on hot Sunriver days! The place needed a little TLC before we arrived. We had to call the property managers several times for an appliance problem to light bulb out over bathtub. Kitchen faucet was not attached but fortunately, our guys could fix it without a wrench. Sink and toilet problems that a Housecleaner should have seen. Overall, loved the place, and will return next year!

  This home is a perfect fit for a small family or two or three couples. Nice kitchen and dining area with plenty of seating for a family. Close to the river and to the bike trails. General maintenance was good and the quality of the furniture was good. I thought that the kitchen floor was in serious need of cleaning and there were cereal crumbs left on the floor in the dining room. There are several bikes for the use of the renters in the garage. We bring our bikes with us, so can't comment on the condition of the bikes. All in all it was a good experience and value for us.

  We enjoyed our stay at Whistling Swan 2. The kitchen is bright and well-stocked. The ping pong table in the garage kept the kids entertained in between biking and other activities. Overall, this is a nice vacation home for a smaller group. A couple recommendations are to make sure the patio furniture is clean for guests- we had to clean it ourselves. Also, the bed in the master bedroom is older and is probably due for a new one. We would also recommend bunk beds in the office room.

  Whistling Swan 2 is a fantastic rental, in great shape with a beautiful kitchen space, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, and bikes galore. Located in a quiet loop away from the often busy Village, but close to the best sections of the bike trail and the river. Nothing bad to say about the place. We had a great time and will definitely consider this house again the next time we visit Sun River.

  This was the 2nd time we stayed @ whisltling Swan #2 on a winter vacation. Home was very comfy & clean. Alison & Krista are great help. I would highly recommend. Although. We had about 18 inches of snow on the ground and the driveway could have been shoveled prior to our arrival.

We're still digging some of our homes out of the snow, there just wasn't enough help in all of Central Oregon to get cleaned up in a timely manner (so...much...snow!) Obviously as a skier, you can see the upshot..... We're hoping for a late season, so keep us in mind for Spring Skiing!

  We stayed here for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for us. Close walk to the river and had everything we needed. Cozy fireplace and hot tub were perfect. The house was extremely clean and warm. The weather was really cold and it snowed but we were never cold in the house. Want to stay here again someday!

  We liked the house but would change the curtains in the Front Area and Master Bedroom they wouldn't work at all in the bedroom and the other area was a pain putting them up. Up date Master bathroom and bedroom.(Hot was broken but we were still able to use it so that was good.) We loved the rest and loved the ping pong table very fun. The openness of the living room and kitchen were great. (Master bedroom bedspread looked dirty with a stain or something.)

The house was beautiful,very clean and well equipped, nice quiet area close to the river. This home is one of the few that have AC that's a plus in 95 degree heat.
