Quelah Condo #30 is a 3 bedroom, newly remodeled vacation condo that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room provides comfy sofas surrounding a flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The dining area sits all 6 guests with access to the private deck and grassy lawn area. The fully stocked kitchen offers stainless steel appliances…perfect to cook up family favorites!



The main level bedroom has a queen bed and is adjacent to the main bathroom. The 2nd bedroom upstairs also has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom provides 2 twin beds…great room for the kids!

  We loved it. One of the bikes that accompanies the unit-fyi, the seat is broken and should be fixed in case someone falls off. Sofa was too hard. The rest of it was awesome! Noisy by the road sometimes in early am.

  Our rental experience was very straightforward from online booking, how-to emails, through check-in, our stay, and check-out. We had an issue with a light and it was fixed very quicky. Very nice location, we've stayed nearby before. Nice pool and hot tub in complex. Kitchen was very well stocked and organized. Kitchen and laundry have brand new appliances and he BBQ is awesome. Tons of fun things to do close by. Loved the observatory minutes away. Bonus, 4 cruiser bikes with helmets and lock.

  We had a great stay - the home was very clean and pleasantly decorated. The only issue that we had was that both of the bicycles that were supposed to be with the property were not in working condition. Both tires on one were completely flat and the brakes were broken off and dangling on the other one.

  I would highly recommend this unit as the remodeling the owner has completed is very well done. The only suggestion we have is to increase the size of the TV in the livingroom. It is way too small for viewing. Air conditioning of course would also be a plus. For other renters I would suggest doing what we did and bring a window fan for the upstairs bedroom to help lower the temp in the nite time.
