Dogs allowed in this pet friendly condo!

  The location, grounds and layout in this condo were great! I know I would be happy to rent it again based on those things, but I hope someone reads this feedback to make changes. I'm A LOT picky when it comes to cleanliness. The items that needed attention were clean windows, removal of cob webs (a lot), dirty walls (spills not cleaned), stained carpet, broken blinds, dirty fireplace hearth, DUST! All of these things could be corrected by a good cleaning or maintenance crew. Upgrades to TVs in the bedrooms, broken dresser drawers in upstairs room, new lighting fixtures and some shades are needed. NO chairs on the balcony upstairs, only a table? We stay at many condos,and this one is in need of upgrades, as far as aesthetic maintenance goes. We had to call the office for a blender and Wifi that was somehow disconnected, by a previous renter? Anyway, those two things were quickly solved by great service from friendly office staff. But the layout of the place was very open, LOVED the pool, and can't beat the location. I would stay again...I just hope updates are made FIRST. Thank you. :)

  Quelah is perfectly located and its private pool and tennis courts offer hours of entertainment. The main village is a short bike ride away with the marina and horse stables even closer.

  We have been vacationing as a family at Sunriver for fact our 8 yr. old granddaughter started the name Fun Rubber because she couldn't pronounce Sunriver! We LOVE having the kiddie pool, pool and hot tub just steps away from the Condo. Lots of nature to discover with the kids and the tennis courts are right there!! Bike path is easy on and off and just a short ride to the village or stables! Have we reserved for next year? You 's a family gathering of lots of fun. We like the idea of #14 having air conditioning...one of the few...but was kinda shocked that it was frozen at 70 and wouldn't go lower. Bunk room can get rather hot even with the air. This year we discovered that they will set you up with a starter kit but beyond that you will need to go the store for extra laundry soap, paper towels, etc... The condo used to come with Sharc passes, but this is no longer offered. We have always informed Sunset of furniture and such that needed fixed...unfortunately upon return, nothing would be fixed. We no longer even bother. We will return and continue with all the fun that Sunriver has to offer, but we do wish for a little more pride of ownership with #14!

  Our usual rental location was taken out of the rental pool, so we opted for Quelah 14. It is close to many attractions, easy access to bike trails, air-conditioned, carport and ample bedrooms for a family with college aged kids. Very close to the condos' tennis courts, so privacy a bit compromised at times but not a big issue.

  Quelah Condo #14 is in a GREAT location, the beds were comfy and the pool/tennis courts are wonderful to have access too. Only drawbacks were the lack of simple things, extra garbage bags, complimentary coffee for the coffee maker at least for the 1st morning and salt & pepper. Easy things to fix.
