  My husband and I enjoyed our stay. We only had one issue. We ran out of hot water quite fast during morning showers. Maybe the hot water system for this unit needs maintenance. I have only one suggestion: the kitchen is due for a new set of pots and pans (Costco) and a set of mini/small bowls would come in handy. Otherwise everything was fine. We're already looking forward to our next visit to Bend!

  This was a nice comfortable setting. However, the main TV and DVD did not work. Mgmt promptly sent someone over to fix things by plugging in some loose wires that were hard to get to. Shortly after, the TV went out again. The cheap paper towel dispenser was located over the sink and the paper towels kept falling into the sink. Minor inconvenience. Everything else was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

  We loved how comfortable and updated this condo is. The parents loved morning coffee on the small deck that overlooks the pool area, which felt very private and shaded. The kids loved the close proximity to the pool - this is the closest condo building to the pool. The loft was the perfect sleeping area for our eldest. We can't wait to come back!

  The condo was great! It was well stocked (except dryer sheets), comfy, and clean. The hot tub is used by reserving a time online. This would have been a great system, except that people would sign up for five hours, when they weren’t sure what time they would actually be there. It was very frustrating for my family, because the kids were excited about using the hot tub. It was too cold for the pool. Other than that, we had a great time.

  We have visited SunRiver for 30+ years. I was worried this would be too far off the beaten path but it was actually perfectly situated. The space was perfect for our family and the amenities were perfect. Nicely stocked kitchen, comfortable linens, plenty of entertainment (games and screens), great to have the pool just outside, and pool towels provided in the unit. Only disappointments with the unit: 1. the lack of light. One bedroom didn't have a lamp or light in the ceiling so once the sun went down, you had the TV or the bathroom light and that's all. and 2. The grill was filthy so I had to clean it before using it. Otherwise it was a typical SunRiver interior...1990's furnishings and decor that want you to think you're in a woodsy retreat.

  Had a problem with the TV in LR, would not locate channels.
  Several of the closet doors were off track, when we arrived. We just left the doors open, as they wouldn't close easily.
  Overall a wonderful time, would rent it again!

  Our family has been coming to SunRiver and Powder Village Condominiums since our children were little. They are now adults and still want to stay at PVC. We love having the pool on-site and the amenities of PVC. Our condo was clean and comfortable and we loved having a third “bedroom” in the loft.

  I've stayed here several times and enjoy the condos. One thing that I didn't like was that there wasn't any air conditioning and the weather was very hot. It would have been nice to be told upfront because I have health issues and need air conditioning.

  Family of 4 in town for a summer soccer tournament. VERY clean, non-smoking / no pet unit. Condo was a perfect fit for us. Having 3 beds (one in a loft), 2 bathrooms, laundry & kitchen in the unit made for a much more relaxing week. The pool & hot tub were great for downtime. The only issue we encountered was that batteries had been removed from tv remotes, rendering the living room set un-usable. Would definitely recommend this unit.

  We had a wonderful time in staying in this condo. It is very close to all the main attractions.. The place was nicely kept, six people can accommodate very easily with LOFT giving extra space besides the two rooms.
