Situated close to a village Mall, lodge, and tennis courts, this four-bedroom vacation home can accommodate up to 10 guests. A king bed, two queen beds, and two sets of bunk beds are provided.



The 1,764-square-foot rental welcomes only one pet (must weigh less than 20 pounds). Many amenities are provided, including a CD stereo, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and gas barbecue. Keep your vehicle in the double garage, watch shows and movies on one of the four TVs (VCRs and DVD players are also supplied), and make use of the 8 bikes. The two-level home also has a highchair.

  Lovely space for four adults and two children. Enough room for all. Those who enjoyed hot tubs enjoyed it very much. Great location equidistant from the lodge and the village and very close to the bike path. The patio furniture was in the garage so there wasn’t any place to sit outside. There are needed repairs and replacements. I would definitely recommend the property but maintenance issues really should be addressed by capable people.

  We booked a last minute stay in this home and it was great. The layout was perfect for my family and the location was amazing. Loved being able to walk to the village. The house was clean and comfortable. There was no AC and we happened to be there on 100 degree days, but with normal weather it would have been fine. Saw lots of deer!

  The house was a good value. The patio furniture needs to be cleaned and reaparied or replaced in some cases. It’s a little close to S. Century drive and you can hear traffic. Convenient location to the village. Overall a good stay.

  We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. I would say since no AC unit in house it would be nice if there was more than 1 fan, it can get pretty toasty upstairs. Overall the kids all enjoyed their own individual space. Would stay again!

  We liked the house good separation of space . The location was a little to close to the highway for me. The beds where very comfortable. For a pet friendly house it was great, No odors. I would call it rustic. The back deck needs to be redone as it was very rough and splintered as was the picnic table. The kitchen needs larger skillets and pots. The large carpenter ants have infested the house.

  Our family stayed at 2 Pinebough in August. There were nine of us: grandparents, parents, and children. The house was perfectly suited to a large group. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the village and bike to SHARC which greatly simplified getting around with nine people. I would definitely book this house again.

  The property is very nice and spacious. The living room now has a big flat screen TV. We enjoyed using the bikes, though they can use some tune up. The prperty management staff was super responsive. One of the kid's bikes had a leaking tire. The staff was able to get it fixed within an hour. That is service.
