Recent updates include four new Smart TVs with streaming capability (no cable service), updated bedding throughout the home, a new refrigerator, and a spacious new deck that's perfect for outdoor dining or relaxing beneath the pines. After a day of exploring Central Oregon, unwind in the private hot tub or gather around the cozy gas fireplace.

Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, gas barbecue, four adult bikes, a double garage, and a high chair.

Your stay includes eight unlimited SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC water facility, tennis courts, pickleball courts, disc golf, and the Sunriver Marina.   Lovely space for four adults and two children. Enough room for all. Those who enjoyed hot tubs enjoyed it very much. Great location equidistant from the lodge and the village and very close to the bike path. The patio furniture was in the garage so there wasn’t any place to sit outside. There are needed repairs and replacements. I would definitely recommend the property but maintenance issues really should be addressed by capable people.

  We booked a last minute stay in this home and it was great. The layout was perfect for my family and the location was amazing. Loved being able to walk to the village. The house was clean and comfortable. There was no AC and we happened to be there on 100 degree days, but with normal weather it would have been fine. Saw lots of deer!

  We enjoyed our stay in Sunriver. I would say since no AC unit in house it would be nice if there was more than 1 fan, it can get pretty toasty upstairs. Overall the kids all enjoyed their own individual space. Would stay again!

  We liked the house good separation of space . The location was a little to close to the highway for me. The beds where very comfortable. For a pet friendly house it was great, No odors. I would call it rustic. The back deck needs to be redone as it was very rough and splintered as was the picnic table. The kitchen needs larger skillets and pots. The large carpenter ants have infested the house.

  Our family stayed at 2 Pinebough in August. There were nine of us: grandparents, parents, and children. The house was perfectly suited to a large group. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was close enough to walk to the village and bike to SHARC which greatly simplified getting around with nine people. I would definitely book this house again.

  The property is very nice and spacious. The living room now has a big flat screen TV. We enjoyed using the bikes, though they can use some tune up. The prperty management staff was super responsive. One of the kid's bikes had a leaking tire. The staff was able to get it fixed within an hour. That is service.
