  This was our second visit to this home. What a wonderful surprise the expanded deck and new hot tub was. It was so nice to have the space to spread out and enjoy the beautiful weather on the deck. We were disappointed that the home wasn't very clean, which I discussed with the office. It would be nice to have the TV remotes labeled and have instructions for each (there a serveral). The remotes for the upstairs TV didn't have batteries. The light switch for the hot tub area should be labeled as well. It took us 4 days to figure out where it was. The front entry deck is rotted and doesn't look safe. A few of the bikes needed attention, flat tires, chains off.
  It is still our favorite house we have rented and will go back again. It's in a perfect location, close to village, business area, and bike path.

  We have stayed in many different homes in Sunriver through Sunset Lodging over the last 12+ years. This is now our favorite! Plenty of room for everyone. The deck is great and private. Hot tub was nice, although a bit noisy at times. The only complaint would be the lighting in the living room is not really good. The table lamps where a bit old and didn't really give off enough light. The bikes didn't work for us as well. A bit too big for this older short lady. ;) It's perfect walking/riding distance from everything we wanted to do. The staff are great to work with. Allowed early check in so we could get out of the smoke. Also did a quick refund for pet fee when our daughter's dog wasn't able to come join us. We will definitely rent it again.

  Our family of four loved our stay at this well stocked slice of Sunriver heaven. We were impressed by how clean it was, all the space and the Kitchen had everything you need for a night in. Conveniently located, we biked to the shopping center and SHARC water park. Speaking of SHARC, having passes at the ready and clear instructions for use was great.

  We loved staying in this lovely home. Spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. About 20 mins walking distance to the village and a lovely walk to the river. So nice to sit on the front deck and watch the deer and squirrels. My husband enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of work. WiFi is good. We will be back.

  Slept like a dream in the cozy beds. This house was the perfect configurations for our family of 7. We used the hot tub every night and cooked our meals in the well stocked kitchen. The bikes were in good shape but most don’t have gears to help with those hills. :) Close to the village and the river. Much enjoyed.

  Very clean, great location! Could use some updating with all the wear and tear on the carpet and the bikes are not great (mainly just beach cruisers, not a bike I’d recommend in Sunriver) but bedding was comfortable, kitchen very nice. Hot tub vents were broken as well. Overall would stay here again.

  We found the home very well stocked, ideally situated and great room layout for our family. We had 3 children, aged 4,6 & 7, and 5 adults. The adults had the privacy they needed and the children had a wonderful place they could use. Our turkey was 31 pounds and we had 21 people for dinner. The house accommodated both very well. Our only concerns were a lamp that had a short in the electrical and the fact we could not keep the downstairs bedrooms warm without roasting the rest of the house. Very minor compared to the great time we had. Thank you to the owners and Sunset Lodging.

  Although we had an issue with a power failure in part of the house during our stay, repair people arrived promptly to take care of it. We like the quiet, out of the way location of this house and the layout of 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 down. Nice deck, and dining room table that can accommodate our whole group for family game nights. Well-equipped kitchen.

  This house suits our needs for two families and adult kids well. We like the quiet location, away from hustle and bustle of the Village and SHARC and enjoy the deck. We do bring our own bikes because the bikes provided are not wonderful, but really appreciate having the garage to store them and golf clubs, etc.
