This beautifully refreshed Cherrywood 21 family friendly Sunriver home offers a spacious and welcoming retreat designed for comfort, connection, and easy group living. Recently updated throughout, the interior has been freshly painted and enhanced with new décor, updated window coverings, and all new rugs both inside and outside, creating a clean and inviting atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The living room serves as the heart of the home, featuring a mounted smart TV, a new large reclining sectional sofa, and expansive windows that bring in natural light while highlighting the surrounding scenery, all centered around a cozy fireplace that makes it perfect for gathering together.

The kitchen has been fully upgraded (in 2026) with brand new small appliances, including an air fryer, hot water kettle, rice cooker, crock pot, roasting pan, two electric skillets, and a waffle maker, making it easy to prepare meals for any size group. The dining area has been improved with a new table, updated chandelier, and new bar stools, offering ample seating for shared meals and conversation. Just off the dining space, the sunroom has been refreshed with a new table and two reclining chairs, providing a relaxing place to unwind.

Each bedroom has been upgraded to provide a comfortable, hotel-style sleep experience, featuring new mattresses, hotel-collection bedding, fresh pillows, and protective covers throughout. The main level primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom, complete with a soaking jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. A king bedroom on the main floor offers convenient access to a nearby full bathroom. Upstairs, there is a new queen bedroom set and mattress, along with a new smart TV for added comfort.

The garage game room is a favorite space for kids and teens, featuring a pool table, a smart TV, 2 triple bunk beds with six new mattresses, a new hide-a-bed sofa, and plenty of room to play and relax.

A newly added game closet across from the laundry room keeps activities organized and easily accessible. The home also includes a loft workspace with a desk and newly installed fiber optic internet, making remote work, streaming, and staying connected effortless. All TVs in the home have been upgraded to smart TVs within the last two years.

Additional upgrades include a new washer and dryer, new laundry baskets, and updated toilets. Families traveling with young children will appreciate the addition of a pack n play and highchair for convenience.

Outdoor spaces have been improved with new patio furniture, offering a great spot to enjoy the fresh air.

  Have been staying here for 25 years or so am friends of the owners and family. only place to go. better than hawaii. know the area well. great golf close by. best in late spring or early fall un less you ski. will be back next year lord willing. decking around house has some issues. rotting out but can deal with it. needs some paint. other areas need some attention but wont get into that.

  Always enjoy staying at Sunriver with out family. Great weather hiking fun little close side trips. House needs updates and some work on the deck area. But is a perfect home for our family game room for the kids with lots of bunks. Home is always clean and nicely stocked very comfortable.

  My wife, our dog and myself stayed in this house for a week the second week of October. It was a lot of house for just the three of us, but we enjoyed it immensely. Super cozy and relaxing. Smart TVs are in nearly every room. Cable didn't work, but it wasn't an issue. Its a bit dated, but the beds are very comfortable, the pool room is super cool and the hot tub is private and super relaxing. The house is on a corner lot that dead ends on both sides, which means there isn't a lot of through traffic. Tons of bikes and bonus rooms. If we had brought ten more people they would have all had their own beds

  Stayed here for my bachelor party and I was initially nervous about cars but there was a long driveway that we fit 5 cars into with no problem. You could probably max out at 6 cars. The house had a really fun layout with enough common space to gather everyone together. It was a squeeze but we fit all 12 people around the table too!. Super happy with this place.

  We had a great time with our kids and grandkids as we celebrated our 50th anniversary. There was ample room for 6 adults and 6 kids. The kids loved the pool room, the SHARC, and the endless bike paths! The house is laid out well with a central dining and living area but bedrooms on different ends of the house. We ate most meals at the home and realized that there weren't 12 of every type of dish. Also benches around the dining room table need some reinforcing. Great spot but beware there is no AC - late afternoons and evenings were hot!

  Everything about this vacation home is excellent. The only thing that made the stay less than perfect is that the weather was quit hot and there is no AC. Otherwise, everything was wonderful! The SHARC passes, the available bikes, the pool table, the hot tub, and the quiet location make this an excellent choice to get away. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, the washing machine and dryer also make this rental very comfortable.

Since Central Oregon is known for it's Hot days and cool nights, most of the time homes will stay cool during the day by opening windows all through the night and then closing first thing in the morning.   The property was great until the heating went out. Luckily there was a fireplace and a wood stove, and the management company was able to bring 2 space heaters. They fixed the heat after a couple of days. Otherwise, the house is very nice.

  This was a great layout for 2 adults and 4 children. (It could have even accommodated more).
  The jacuzzi tub, pool table, and indoor garden room were particularly enjoyed, and the SHARC passes were well used.
  Air conditioning would have been nice, altho' it was relatively comfortable considering the high temperatures.
  The number of TV's was appreciated, and the size of the dining room table very accommodating.
  We would recommend this property.

  This house had room to accommodate more than the 6 adults and 1 dog that we brought. It was very warm the first few days, and the AC couldn't keep up. The upstairs bedroom was like a sauna. Once the weather cooled down, we could open windows and it aired out nicely. Not sure how the heating would work in winter?? The beds were all comfortable. The master bathroom is enormous. Very quiet street and neighbors. Overall, had a great time.

  The home is very family friendly, for teens (pool table) and down to the toddlers (secret cubby hole room with kid size furniture was a favorite). Things were a little worn which is fine with kids, we didn't feel like we were walking on eggshells. One bike was broken and there were not enough helmets for the number of bikes but we rented some and the kids had fun biking. The internet fluctuated a lot so streaming movies didn't work well. Nice hot tub. No closet in the master where to hang a single hanger...that was inconvenient! Lots of off road parking. Several outdoor spots for quiet reading. We would love to rent here again.

  Cherrywood #21 was perfect for our group of 5 adults, 4 kids and 1 baby with 3 private bedrooms and 1 large game room for all the kids to stay in. It was clean and equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of towels in bathrooms, a TV in almost every room and lots of games, puzzles, bikes, and best of all the SHARC passes with admission to the North pool. Everything was in great condition and before we arrived the working staff promptly answered all our questions and provided information about the area. Cherrywood #21 was a great place to stay for our family vacation. We will be back.
