After a day spent biking scenic trails, visiting the nearby Deschutes River, or exploring Central Oregon, unwind in the home’s private enclosed hot tub. Surrounded by trees, this relaxing space provides the perfect way to end a day of adventure.

Mink Lane #6 comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. The main level includes two bedrooms with queen beds, while the upstairs primary suite features a king bed. A loft area provides additional sleeping space with a daybed and hidden trundle, making it a great spot for older children. The downstairs bathroom includes a comfort-height toilet and a walk-in shower with safety bars for added accessibility.

Guests also enjoy eight unlimited SHARC passes, which provide access to Sunriver’s popular aquatic center. Additional recreational perks include free tennis, pickleball, disc golf, and access to the Sunriver Marina.

Additional amenities include multiple TVs, a collection of movies, books, and games, stereo system, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave, gas fireplace, gas BBQ, highchair, Pack ’n Play, carport parking, and a private enclosed hot tub.
**Please note that this home does not have air conditioning. Pets are not allowed, although the owner does occasionally bring a family pet. Mink Lane is near the railroad tracks.

  There was plenty of room for both our families of 4. The back deck is nice. Hardly any mosquitos out. Train is rather loud but goes away quickly. I'd rather deal with the train noise than the mosquitos you get on the other side of Sunriver. SHARC is really easy to get to and we had plenty of passes. I would gladly stay here again.

  We loved our stay at Mink 6! The house was perfect for our family of 6. The location was wonderful. We didn’t have a cookie sheet which ended up changing some dinner plans but that was minor. The house is very close to the train tracks. The noise didn’t bother us much, we thought it was cool to be so close, but it is very easy to get to the train tracks which was a surprise and a concern for us with two small, curious kids. There was some dust and cobwebs around the house but that didn’t affect our overall love for the house and we will definitely be staying there again!

  We enjoyed our stay at Mink 6. The house was clean and sufficiently stocked. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space around the table for meals and games! The hot tub was clean and hot! The trail to the Sharc and village is right at the end of Mink lane which was super convenient and we weren't worried about the kids taking off on their bikes on their own!
  A few things that could make this property even better... A/C, pest control, drain maintenance in the bathrooms, more kitchen towels, updated bed linens. I'm sure if we brought some of these things to the attention of the maintenance team, they would have been taken care of immediately. Nothing was urgent and we had a lovely stay.
  We would definitely recommend Mink 6 and would stay here again!

Only about 30% of our homes have AC and that is up to the home owner whether or not they provide AC. Summers have been on the warm side for the past few years but it gets so cool at night we manage to stay comfortable. Please come see us again soon.

  We have been coming to Sunriver for 7 years now. This was our very favorite home! It is close to Sharc. The views from the windows and deck are fabulous! The hot tub was the perfect size for our family. We needed a blender, and some other measuring utensils and a snowshovel. Housekeeping brought them right away! We were so impressed how caring they all are to make sure our needs are met.
  The only negative was no sound from the loft tv. We all felt It was such a "cozy" house that we really wanted to stay longer!

  We loved the funky 70s design - it's one of the things we like about many Sunriver cabins. Comfortable furniture and beds, nice hot tub, good location near SHARC and village. Trains were a bit loud which is fine with us but others might not like so much. Our only complaint is with the kitchen - for example, the blender and food processor both leaked, hand mixer was broken, no food storage or plastic wrap, and there weren't any measuring spoons except a sole tablespoon. These are are easily fixed, and once that's done I'd wholeheartedly recommend this rental. Property management folks were great and helped return an item to us that we accidentally left behind. Good stay, all in all!

  We had such a postcard perfect stay at Mink 6 during the Christmas holidays this year! The cabin exceeded our expectations, and the place was very private for being in the middle of a resort area. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hot tub was AMAZING. The views out the window with the gas fireplace made the entire experience feel like a fancy chalet.
  Be aware that we had read the reviews prior, and brought quite a few of our kitchen supplies (because the kitchen isn't stocked super well), and we brought some cozy blankets to cuddle up in on the couch around the fireplace. Other than that, the bedding, towels, and other amenities were great. We'd love to return.

  We had a great time at Mink 6, only complaint would be the kitchen could have been a little more stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans (electric mixer did not work). We knew we were close to the train tracks going in but it wasn't too noticeable at night. Would also like to let the owners know that the tree growing through the deck really rubs on the roof when the winds blows as evidenced by the missing bark on the tree. A good wind storm could really damage the house.

  We had a great time at this place! The house is in a perfect location: walking distance to SHARC (water park) and the center. Lots of activities for kids in the summer: bumper cars, trampoline, play grounds, bicycles, water park, and many more! It was great to have passes to SHARC! Hot tub on the property is awesome!!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The train comes by only once at night and then in the morning at around 7: it may frighten you the first time because of the increasing loud sound like a hurricane is coming:), otherwise it’s not too terrible. This property doesn’t have an A/C, but you won’t even need it because of the very cool temperatures at night (38 F at night in August!) The only downside is that this house is pretty old and floors and doors are very squiky, if someone goes to the bathroom at night, you can hear it in a whole house:) So, remodeling is awaiting!:)))

  Walking into Mink6 seems to relax you the minute you go through the door. The loft, open feeling of the living room, gas fireplace just make you feel like you are in a house on the mountain. We LOVE the trains that go by, sometimes 7-8 a day. So close to the house you can see every detail. The deck let's you enjoy the scenery of Sunriver - open, high desert and the deer come across your yard area. You can sit and watch them and other critters go by.
  We can't wait to go back again - this is our place to go at Sunriver.

Out of our group, only one person was prepared for the train that sounded as if it was running through the house instead of just a few hundred feet across the street. Just be prepared. It was easy enough to adjust after that first night. Otherwise, the location is very convenient to the town and SHARC.

  We love the sound of the trains - a major plus for picking this rental because the tracks are so close. Turned out to be a wonderful, soothing place we hope to rent for years to come. The A-frame architecture lent a mountain-type style and feel, the two stories were cozy yet large. Listening to my husband play the keyboard in the loft was great - he hadn't played our piano in years and had a lot of fun. The gas fireplace was relaxing and warm. It took a little getting used to the handicapped bathroom downstairs but it was fine. Tucked up where it was we felt away from the Village yet close to everything. Nice large kitchen area - loved the bar to sit at and do word search puzzles. I wanted to have a sleigh ride - on my bucket list of things to do but ... there was no snow! One day I will get one at SR. The Village Pub & Grill and Marcello's were good places to eat - friendly folks & food was delicious. The two grocery stores filled all our needs and the deli's had good lunch ideas, too. Watched youngsters practice hockey in the ice rink in The Village - that was fun.
  Of course the hot tub was a terrific way to start and end the day.
  Only thing we thought could add to this rental is a couple of bikes.
  We have been going to Sunriver for 28+ years and will definitely be back to Mink 6!
