Make a tasty home cooked meal in the fully stocked kitchen. Followed by watching a movie in front of the wood burning fireplace.

The master bedroom has a king bed and a TV with cable. The en suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a bedroom with two twins, perfect for the younger ones in the group. The beautifully decorated queen bedroom has a rocking chair, perfect for reading your favorite book. The twin and queen bedrooms share the second bathroom equipped with a tub shower combo. There is also a Double hide-a-bed in the living room for an extra place to sleep.

Outside, the back patio is fully fenced so your family dog can remain secure while everyone enjoys a good old-fashioned BBQ.

Take one of the 7 bikes out for a ride to explore the 30+ miles of paved bike paths in Sunriver. After your long ride, come back to your vacation getaway and have a nice soak in the private hot tub underneath the night sky.

Hart Mt. #5 comes with 8 Unlimited SHARC passes, providing access to the SHARC, free tennis, free pickleball, free disc golf, and free access to the Sunriver Marina.

  This handsomely decorated home was a perfect accommodation for our vacation with the grandkids. The house was very clean and was stocked well for dining at home. We enjoyed the bike trails, swimming at the recreation center, and watching the deer watching us through the windows. Easy check-in and check-out.
  
  Note: The white bike’s right pedal is coming off and a wrench or similar tool is needed to adjust the seat on the smallest bike.

  We really loved this house. It was perfect for our family of 6 and our Granddog. It is a bit far from the Village, but we made it work. We didn't realize the north store was so close. A map in the house would have been nice to have. The kitchen is fully stocked with every and anything you might need, except a place to store food items. Extra blankets would have been nice. We found 14 extra pillows in the master closet..;O..only 2 extra blankets. Otherwise, we will probably rent again! The staff at Sunset Lodging are great to work with!

  Nice home with good space for family. We were challenged to get the home cool enough for sleeping at night as the weather was so wonderful during the day. Located close to SHARC but longer bike rides from places we love like the river and even the mall. Quiet neighborhood was relaxing for us though!

  Perfect one level home that was excellent for our two young children. We also had four adults and this home were so comfortable. House is fully equipped with everything that we needed. Kitchen was stocked full of everything you could imagine. We cooked 80% of our meals at the house and was so happy to have all the kitchen tools. Hot tub was amazing and very clean. House even had fans for each room and kept very cool.

  Everything was great about this property except for the fact that there was not any ceiling fan let alone air conditioning. It was brutal half the week because there was no air movement so the house didn't cool down even at night with all the windows open in the desert. We were very active being gone most of the day to swim or go on bike rides but the time between getting home in the late afternoon and throughout the night were somewhat miserable due to the lack of air flow in this house. A ceiling fan in the living room would've made all the difference, and some box fans for the bedrooms. The couple nights there was some breeze outside it wasn't an issue but the rest of the days when the air wasn't moving outside, it was really rough inside especially with two little kids trying to sleep. Other than this, it was a great house had everything we needed excellent location very fun.

  We loved this rental! The house was really nice with everything we needed for a great vacation. The location was really nice. I loved having the North Store so close. The neighbors were also really friendly! My only critic would be the bedding. Every night the mattress pads would slip off of the mattress so the bedding was all over. We had to remake all of the beds every am. New mattress pads and sheets would be great! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We enjoyed it :)
