  Used this spot as home base for a week of fly fishing, hiking, paddling and biking. Great location and very comfortable. The interior is a bit dated, but really comfortable. The layout is nice and very functional. The BBQ grill could be better (igniter didn't work and it doesn't get as hot as it should), but overall, a great spot and we would stay again!

  Our stay at SunRiver could not have been better! Our rental was clean, well equipped, and everything worked! We also felt very fortunate to be a short walk away from the village mall with all their terrific restaurants and shops. We hiked to Tumalo Falls, Benham Falls and Paulina Falls and Paulina Lake. We booked an adventure with Wanderlust Tours and had the best kayaking trip to Sparks Lake. Every meal we had in SunRiver village was great! We ate at SunRiver Brewing, Marcellos, and SunRiver Bistro. We took a trip into Bend and ate at Barrio which was outstanding. The first day we were there we went to the High Desert Museum which is one of a kind. It is beautiful and not to be missed. We hope to come back here next year and bring the rest of our family!

  Very good. TV set up for DVD's was nonfunctional, but service to fix it was quick and effective. It appears an earlier guest made off with some of the cables, as happens every now and then.

  The place is in a very good location for all the recreation in sun river and peaceful. The bikes need work, all tire flat and the one mans bike had something wrong with the gear hub, couldn't get it to engage.

  My week in this cottage was awesome! The cottage was all on one level which was important because I had an accident Sept 21st, 2016 and broke both my legs vertically to the knees plus toes, ribs, left hand, and a cracked vertebrate. This was my first outing since leaving the month in the hospital and 3.5 months in rehab. This area was wheelchair
  accessible to most all events, the Village, the
  Desert Museaum, and shopping in Sisters. We could rest when we wanted, watch my brother's
  children in their races, and walk gingerly on
  the paths. The tunnel was a little tricky but
  hang on to the wheelchair and walked it. Out
  deck was the largest so most meals were coordinated here. I had forgotten the sound of the wind through the trees which is music in
  itself. Everyone was accommodating! The bathroom was small enough for me to hang on to
  get myself up. I did bring a shower chair and a rubber bath mat that worked well. The place was clean, quiet , and we could watch the joggers from our deck. The frontrooms and bedrooms all had their own TV. I was able to get up and down stairs with a cane. I hope to
  return next year. Thouroghly enjoyed myself and all kitchen equipment was there. I did bring an electric fry pan that was handy. You

  Great Place. Stayed there many times. Only negative is that the cable line is strung through the trees unlike any other unit, and the remotes for the TV are a bit of a puzzle at first.

  Enjoyed our vacation house. The location is hard to beat. 5 min walk to the Village enjoyed walking to get coffee every morning. The SHARC is 10 min walk. Property is older and could be updated but it's clean. Washer and dryer are a bonus.

  The house was immaculate. Nice big kitchen, all the conveniences except (for some reason) no toaster. Bathrooms very clean, plenty of towels, good shower. Handy to have washer & dryer for a 4-night stay. Bike trail just off the deck offers good access to all of Sunriver (if you have a bike, none supplied).

  We keep coming back to Sun River because it has everything you could want in a vacation spot. We had a fantastic week. It has something for everyone. Swimming, biking,hiking, floating down river etc. Once your there you don't have to go anywhere else. Loved location of Hare 10. Can walk to village. Our second time there.

  This property is a good value. It needs updating and a quieter refrigerator, but it has everything you need. The garage is a plus if you bring your own bikes or other outdoor equipment. Easy access in and out of the house; single story. Very close to the Village and yet a quiet setting.
