The loft area has a pool table, queen bed and futon. The 2 bedrooms on the main level provide a queen bed and the master bedroom a private bath. The large deck has a gas BBQ and hot tub. Relax in the hot tub while dinner is grilling under Sunriver's year round sunshine.

  We loved our stay at East Butte 22. A couple of minor little problems upon check in, but they were fixed very fast. Our Wifi router was not working, the service tech came out Saturday night, when we checked in, to replace it. One sink was not draining in the bathroom, fixed the next morning.
  I would say that if you are not up at the crack of dawn, don't sleep in the upstairs loft area, it is bright in the morning, but there are two other rooms downstairs to choose from. An upgrade on frying/saute pans would be nice, there are some really old Teflon ones that can't be safe to use anymore, luckily we had some camping pans with us.
  Other than that, it was lovely! Loved the pool table and hot tub. The outdoor deck was great!

  We came to play in the snow with our grandson and got all the snow we ever wanted. The house was very comfortable and had all the promised amenities in good working order. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and wood stove after a day in the snow.
  The home was clean and well stocked with bedding, towels and a well equipped kitchen. We called maintenance when the electric recliner didn’t work and they showed up 10 minutes later. We would definitely rent this home again and may come back for summer fun the next time.

  We stayed over Thanksgiving with our two adult children and their partners, six of us in all. The living spaces are small, but comfy, and we enjoyed a few pool tournaments and time in the hot tub after hiking and XC skiing. Everything is in decent shape, although the lighting, especially in the kitchen, could use a little help. We were able to make a traditional Thanksgiving meal with a little creativity—the oven is very small, but worked well. I brought the roasting pan, and although there was a large and motley collection of pots, pans and baking sheets, we still could have used a 9x13 pan, a ladle, and a cheese grater. Loved the location, very convenient! Thanks for the stay!

  This was a nice place to stay with our family that included a four year old. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace (wood provided) and the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and we liked the separate sink and mirror in the two downstairs bedrooms. The loft room was spacious and nice with the skylight windows. It was great having bicycles provided. We would stay here again!

  We had a great time staying at East Butte 22! It was in a good location near the SHARC(passes included) and bike path. The bikes were in good shape and the pool table was fun. They have a VCR/DVD upstairs with tons of Disney movies for the kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The only downfall was no air conditioning made it uncomfortable at times. The deck to the hot tub is quite worn and shoes need to be worn to prevent slivers in your feet. There were bike locks we would have liked to use, but the combinations were not provided.

  Openness inside was great for everyone to hear and be together but still have own privacy too. No complaints except for the fact that it seemed as if their were more than normal amount of bugs and spiders inside, prob just needs to be sprayed maybe?

  The upstairs is hot on a warm day and more fans would be good. The cleaning crew did not get the dust under the beds and there was a t-shirt left by a prior guest under one bed.
