Welcome to Big Sky 3 in Sunriver! This 6 Bedroom 51/2 bath reversed living vacation property is located on the North end of Sunriver across from the Benham Falls family friendly route/paved trail access. With close to 3500 square feet this home has plenty of room for all your guests!

SKY 3 is a light and bright lodge style home with vaulted ceilings, Air Conditioning, unique angles, huge view windows and an airy feel.
The open living room provides comfortable leather couches with extra seating and large screen television. There are two stone fireplaces perfect for those chilly Sunriver nights one each in both the living room and the downstairs den. Downstairs den has access to the hot tub and generous arc shaped sectional with plenty of seating around another large screen television. 5 bikes.

Main level has a beautiful modern kitchen with granite countertops and stunning tongue and groove ceilings and upgraded wood cabinetry. Main level King master bedroom with lodge style furnishings and private fireplace. Soaker style jacuzzi tub with separate shower and double sinks.

Lower level bedrooms include 1 Queen Master Suite and 1 King Master Suite with lovely spacious bathrooms and double sinks, 1 Queen room with a set of bunks, 1 additional Queen bedroom with a set of bunks and 1 room with two sets of twin bunks!

Large deck off of the upstairs living area with Barbeque, and nice patio downstairs with private hot tub make this home roomy for multiple families!

Plenty of parking with double car garage and room for up to 6 cars.

  This home was clean, well stocked, and just right for our family of 10 adults, 1 baby, and 2 dogs! We were all quite comfortable and enjoyed ourselves immensely. We did have difficulty with the dishwashers and kitchen sink, but maintenance was quickly deployed and repairs were quietly and discreetly made. The dogs enjoyed the nearby walking trails, too!

  We were 4 families of 16 total people that stayed on the property for 1 week. We have been coming to this house for 10 years, and highly recommend it. The house gives everyone private space but also lots of room for eating, games, etc. The house is showing the wear and tear, but we haven't found anything like it in Sunriver for our needs.

  This spacious well-maintained home is perfect for a family reunion with our three children, their spouses, and four grandchildren. Living room, dining table and deck table & chairs afforded lots of socialization.
  The grandchildren had their own TV room downstairs and there are fun games, a ping pong table, and bikes to delight the children.
  The bike path is nearby. The hot tub was fun too. This floor plan works well with our family.

  Our last family reunion was back in 2017 so having a location aand rental to accommodate 15 people was important and Big Sky #3 and Sunriver delivered. The layout of bedrooms, bathrooms, living room, kitchen and deck provided a comfortable vacation experience. Having two dishwashers and washer/dryers was perfect for our families. Our only suggestion would be to have a second refrigerator since the small undercounted fridge in the entertainment room did not provide much storage. The Big Sky #3 location was well situated for trips to Bend, The Village, Lake Paulina, Lava Tube and Museum. All in all a great time was had for ages 70-5!

  This was our fourth year (and fourth house) for our large family get together. By far, this house suited our needs the best. Each adult couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and plenty of room for the kids to bunk up. The kitchen was very well equipped and had two dishwashers - which made clean up so easy. Also, two sets of washer/dryers made washing towels quick and easy.

  We enjoyed this house very much. It is close to walking paths and within manageable distance to Benham Falls. Very pretty. Plus it's near the North store, which is never too crowded and always has what we need. The house itself had a nice deck to enjoy and room for us to spread out. The only thing I'd bring awareness to is the number of stairs (which makes sense b/c it's a large house) and if you have anyone in your group with knee or mobility challenges you might want them to stay upstairs. But that's nothing against the house, just awareness so your older family members can plan ahead. We would stay here again.

  Property is large and well designed to accommodate a big group. Everything was functional, but the furniture shows significant signs of wear (e.g., couches are ripped). This could be viewed a benefit since the possibility of actual or perceived damage by a guest is lower.
  
  Our Sunriver Vacation Rentals staff experience was mixed - they were responsive and helpful on booking, however, we had a guest who left a jewelry box at the property and the SVR staff were not helpful coordinating retrieval (to say the least).
  
  Overall, if you have a large group and a pet, this is a high value option.

    Hi Lane, we are glad that you enjoyed the home. Since your visit the home is equipped with brand new furniture and is in the process of having many more updates. We are working with the owner on implementing the new and exciting updates. We are positive that guests will love them. In regards to the item that was left behind, our staff was in communication with your party daily. We understood the urgency of the items left behind, however, we needed to also respect the guests that were in house. As in our conversations on the phone, these guests were on vacation, as were you, and it took us several days to contact the guest who was very gracious in delaying their plans for the day so our staff could pick up the items per your request. We want to emphasize this is not a standard practice, as you stated on the phone you would want your privacy respected. With that said, we are glad that we found resolution. Our staff loved the tasty cookies and are still enjoying the beautiful flowers that was brought to us by your party for the work our team did to get the items for you.

  The house was perfect for a big family, lots of bedrooms and a large gathering area. It was clean and pretty well maintained, but was a little tired and the couch had wear and a torn bottom cushion. It wasn’t such a problem though because we felt comfortable and didn’t worry about damaging anything. The house has everything you could need for a fun family time and we would go back happily!!!

  We've been staying at this home for 9 years. It's the perfect layout for our 4 families of 4 coming together for a week long vacation in Sunriver. The home is a little beat up around the edges and needs some TLC. But the positives significantly outweigh these issues - we probably notice them more because we've stayed at this house numerous times. Very impressed with the response by the maintenance staff when we discovered a hornet's nest on the back deck, they responded within minutes.
