  Excellent location for a family with little ones. 5min walk to the Nature Center, right on the bike path, community pool, great grass area to roll around and kick a ball. Plenty of beds and pretty clean(see cons). 5min bike ride to the village.
  
  Cons;
  NO AC. This place cooks if it’s above 85. We brought an AC unit and needed to rent a second one. We had 1 in our kids room(that worked great. That room was icy cold) and 1 in the kitchen for the main area. That one didn’t do much for the big space. The living room never really dropped below 80 even with the AC unit. If it’s smoky out, opening the windows isn’t an option.
  The washing machine needs a serious deep clean. Definite mold in the door seal and it wreaks of mildew.
  One of the bathrooms has some sort of sewage issue. It would smell awful for no reason.
  
  I would definitely stay here again, despite the cons. Cooler weather and the ac wouldn’t be needed. The washing machine can easily be disinfected if they want to put in the effort and the sewage smell could probably be fixed with plumbers expertise.

  The condo was perfect size and place for us and another couple to enjoy a nice long weekend in the sunriver/bend area. Even though we stayed during one of the hottest weekends of the year so far, and the condo did not have air-conditioning, the management company was able to bring us some extra fans and a window air conditioner that helped cool the unit enough at night to sleep! we would definitely stay here again!
  
  We loved sitting on the back deck and looking at the pond while bikers and hikers and runners ran by. It was a perfect way to start and end our days. The beds were comfortable. Showers were nice and large, and plenty of room for us to not feel cramped. The kitchen was in good shape with plenty of utensils and everything we needed.

  The condo was nice. There were some cleaning issues. There were a lot of spiders. Didn’t like that. The living room furniture was not very comfortable. There was a really nice recliner in the second bedroom that should have been in the living room. Overall we had a good visit. The location was great. We really like Lake Aspen.
