The upper level welcomes you with soaring windows, vaulted ceilings, and an open-concept design that brings everyone together. The living room features comfortable seating, a large flat-screen TV, and a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone surround—perfect for cozy evenings after a day outdoors. Your stay also includes 8 SHARC passes, giving you unlimited access to the Sunriver waterpark, tennis and pickleball courts, the marina, and disc golf—adding even more fun and convenience to your stay. An attached garage provides easy storage for bikes and gear, while high-speed WiFi keeps you connected for remote work, streaming, or planning your next outing.

  The rental was great for two families sharing a house. The deck was the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and dinner or just relax. There was a good selection of bikes and helmets and we love the SHARC and only book houses with passes. It’s in a great location to walk to the pool or village, as well.

  We liked everything about the property and our time in Sunriver. It's a great home and perfect for one or two families. Our only note is that the house did not have a bike that was suitable for a taller adult and some of the bikes did come with the home were in pretty bad condition to the point of not being rideable (non-working brakes, etc).

  My family of six had a wonderful vacation at this rental home. It was in a great location. We had to spend a little extra time indoors due to the smoke Central Oregon has been dealing with, and this home had a great layout to accommodate our four kids. Two living areas, one up and one down, meant people could spread out and have different indoor activities (not something we have done much in Sunriver before!). Three spacious bedrooms, a great hot tub, kitchen with a large dining table and also including a bar counter with space for two... Beautiful views of the trees out the large windows, easy keyless entry. The smoke did clear and we enjoyed rafting the Deschutes, going into the Village (with masks), running and biking the trails, and more.

  Overall a great week in Sunriver with family and friends. The house and amenities were exactly as expected and met our needs and expectations during the stay. The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star review for us is because in the heat of summer the upper deck is unshaded by trees and effectively unusable in the afternoons even with an umbrella given the heat. We made due by spending time on the lower deck or inside.

  Nice property, great location, SHARC passes are great.
  Few small issues:
  1. The bicycles are in bad shape, too small, seats mostly not adjustable and too low.
  2. Couple pans are dirty and can't be cleaned.
  3. We only found 1 extra pillowcase, not enough for trundles.

  Perfect place to spread out and relax over spring break. Easy walk/bike ride to the village. The way the home is set up, it’s like a separate house on each floor!
  3.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, two living rooms with flat screen TVs and ample seating. Our three high school girls loved having the lower level, and hot tub access, to themselves.
  The only thing to know is that while it does have 10 bikes, 7 of them are for elementary aged children.
  Well stocked kitchen, huge private deck off the back with no rear neighbor.
  Will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits.
