Nestled among majestic pine trees and just a short stroll from Fort Rock Park, this charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the ideal mix of comfort, space, and location. Whether you're planning a family getaway, an outdoor adventure, or a quiet weekend escape, this dog-friendly retreat has everything you need.

As you enter the home, choose your path: upstairs to the bright and open main living area or downstairs to cozy bedrooms and extra conveniences.

Upstairs, you’ll find a light-filled great room with floor-to-ceiling windows that bring the outdoors in. Stretch out on the comfy couches, stream a movie on the flat-screen TV, or play music as you unwind after a day of exploring. On chilly evenings, gather around the flickering electric wood stove for cozy conversations or a good book.

The fully stocked kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a deep double sink, and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Whether you're making pancakes in the morning or a family feast at night, it’s a breeze. The dining table seats six, with room for three more at the bar — perfect for group meals or game nights.

Step outside onto the spacious upper deck, complete with a dining table for six, a BBQ grill, and peaceful views of the pine-dotted landscape. It's the ideal spot for morning coffee, evening dinners, or simply lounging in the fresh mountain air — your dog will love relaxing out there with you too!

Also, upstairs is a queen bedroom with a walk-in closet and a full bath with a jetted tub/shower combo — great for soaking after biking, hiking, or skiing.

Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another fun bunkroom featuring two twins and a twin-over-twin bunk. The kids (or kids at heart) will love the retro VHS player and TV in the bunk room! There’s also a second full bath with a separate vanity, plus a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

You’ll also find a mudroom with extra storage for your golf clubs, skis, or dog gear, and access to a single-car garage. Whether you're here to play or relax, this house makes it easy.

Included with your stay are 5 adult bikes, a tandem, and a tag-along trailer bike — perfect for exploring Sunriver’s 33+ miles of paved trails. And with 8 unlimited SHARC passes, you can swim, soak in the hot tubs, or enjoy the many SHARC amenities during your stay.

Traveling with little ones? A Pack-n-Play is available upstairs for your convenience.

And yes, dogs are welcome at Pineridge #5! With all the outdoor space and nearby trails, your furry family members will have just as much fun as you do.

  We took our 12 and 15year old grandkids on this trip. The house was a great layout for us. The kids each had their own room and a bit of separation if they wanted it. The location was fine if you rode a bike, but a fairly long walk into the Village.

  Overall a good experience. The home was clean but not super well maintained- there were several broken fixtures in the house. However there were SHARC passes which more than made up for it because we had so much fun. I would totally take my family back there again, but hopefully everything is fixed!

  We enjoyed the split level floor plan and the open concept living room and kitchen areas were very nice with large windows and beautiful views! The deck was also great!
  
  A few in conveniences that we noted were: creaky floors (annoying when you have sleeping children), loud plumbing, no ice cooler, no lawn/camp chairs for adults, no toys for kids, and after a 7-day stay we finally found the condiments hidden in a hutch on our last day (we had already bought our own).

  We originally reserved this property as we had two dogs to bring along. Unfortunately both dogs died before this trip, and we originally made reservations with them in mind. But happily we gained a grandson, months later, and he is crawling now. The house was nice, but not baby proof. We had to watch carefully on the upper deck, due to railings dimensions. We also lifted the shade cords out of reach, and blocked access to the stair. Our Granddaughter loved the bunk beds. Regardless of or need to be really vigilant with the baby, we had a really nice time and recommend the property for ages 5 and up!

  Pineridge #5 was everything we wanted for our family getaway. The 5 of us had plenty of room and we did not feel crowded at all. The furniture is comfortable and in excellent condition. The kitchen is completely equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed the large deck. Outdoor barbecue worked perfectly. The bicycles were enjoyed by all. The laundry room with washer and dryer was very much appreciated. Upon arrival we found the house to be immaculately cleaned and ready for us. There were full sticks of paper products, cleaning supplies and enough personal care items to last several days. The beds were also comfy, but a tad softer than what we prefer, but none of us lost any sleep over it. The house is very close to Fort Rock Park but in a quiet neighborhood away from traffic noises. We would deyboom this property again.

  The house is very nice - great layout for families - has 3 bedrooms down stairs and one on the main floor. The house is in a perfect location , very close to Fort Rock Park and everywhere else. The bikes in the garage are in wonderful condition and the kitchen was supplied with all the basics.

  The only negative about this house is that it does not have AC- they had 2 fans but it was HOT . Bring extra fans with you .

  This rental house was perfect for us & our guests - 6 people total & 1 dog. This house has the most well equipped kitchen in any rental home we’ve stayed in in Sunriver, it’s also one of the better lit houses we’ve stayed in (why are all the houses so dark in Sunriver?!?!). The house was super clean (some cobwebs, not a big deal) and even though it’s a pet friendly rental, there was no pet smell in the house. The upstairs jetted tub did have a very strong mold/mildew smell & could probably use a deep clean. The beds & furniture were all very comfortable.The house is located close to fort rock park & a quick drive or a 15 minute walk to the village. We had an issue with a carbon monoxide detector going off & the rental company provided a quick response & fix! There were shovels in the garage that came in handy to shovel steps & the driveway during the storm. We had a very cold & snowy trip to Sunriver & the accommodations made the trip even more enjoyable!
