Welcome to Alpine 6, your home away from home in beautiful Sunriver. Offering 2,542 square feet of comfortable living space, this spacious Sunriver vacation home accommodates up to 12 guests, making it an excellent choice for family vacations, reunions, couples traveling together, or group retreats.

The thoughtfully designed floor plan provides room for everyone to relax. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, deck access, and a Smart TV with a DVD player. A second main-level bedroom includes a queen bed and Smart TV with a DVD player and is located next to a full guest bathroom. Upstairs you'll find a king bedroom with a Smart TV and DVD player, a queen bedroom with a Smart TV, a bunk room with a twin-over-full bunk and an additional twin bed, plus a loft with a queen futon and an extra air bed. A portable crib is available for families traveling with young children.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals for your group. Two full-size dining tables provide ample seating for family dinners, celebrations, or game nights, while the outdoor gas grill and second refrigerator in the garage make entertaining even easier.

After a day exploring Sunriver, relax in the private hot tub beneath the stars or gather around the cozy gas fireplace. Central air conditioning keeps the home comfortable year-round, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi helps everyone stay connected.

Entertainment includes six Smart TVs located in the living room, primary bedroom, downstairs queen bedroom, upstairs king bedroom, upstairs queen bedroom, and game room. Each TV provides Roku Live TV channels, and guests can access their favorite streaming services using their own login credentials. The game room also features a PlayStation and a foosball table for additional family fun.

Adventure starts just outside your door. Ride one of the 10 adult bikes or four youth bikes along Sunriver's extensive network of paved trails, or spend the day enjoying the included 12 SHARC passes with access to the SHARC water facility, pickleball and tennis courts, disc golf, and Sunriver Marina. Fort Rock Park is just a short walk away, offering playgrounds, basketball courts, open fields, and picnic areas for all ages.

  Overall the place was clean with ample room for all. There were some things that needed attention.Like a towel rack that came apart and also the Front Door inside handle is broken. There was only enough laundry detergent for one load. I left you a text message regarding these but got no reply. Also there is a musty/ moldy odor in the upstairs rec room. And a lot of pine needles in the gutter over the garage at least. S

  This house at 6 Alpine was awesome! It was better than described and perfect for 9 of us...4 adults and 5 teens. We weren't sure what to expect of the bikes that were included with the property...we were prepared to be riding some clunkers, but were pleasantly surprised with a fleet of fairly new, well maintained bikes (mostly cruisers). We rode a LOT. wife was impressed at how many things were in the kitchen. It is stocked! Pots, pans, crockpots, coffee pot, Keurig, etc....if you need it, they likely have it. Checking in and checking out were both very simple. We wish we could have checked in a bit earlier than 5pm and out a bit later than 10am, but we get it...there has to be time to clean. The only downside I can think of is that we couldn't get the spa to cool down. I think it was at 108 the entire time, so we didn't utilize the spa. It didn't bother us enough to reach out to the property manager, so it really wasn't a huge deal. There are so many other things to do at Sunriver! We will definitely be back, and I would highly recommend this home to others. Thank you!

  We have been coming to Sunriver since the 1970s. Every trip has been great! This house was the best equipped house ever - lots of kitchen tools and dishes, etc. We all had a great time. The house was clean. Our only problems were, we noticed big ants in the upstairs bathroom and out on the deck. There were wasps going in and out of the cracks in the siding near the hot tub. We recommend treatment for those critters. WE loved the house and plan to rent it again for friends and family get-togethers. The bikes were lots of fun.

  We had a wonderful time at #6. Air conditioning, good kitchen. Room for everybody on the deck with 2 meal tables. 16 bikes in the garage made everybody happy. The quick ride to Fort Rock Park was easy. The bike path and the road were a little close to the house, but it was not an issue if noise or safety during our stay.
