This amazing two level home has 5 bedrooms 5 bathrooms and a light and bright open layout. The fifth bedroom is a game room with a twin/double bunk and a set of twin/twin bunks. With 4 master suites. This home has the potential to sleep up to 12 people. There are 3 twin sized Window seat beds in the home and the updated decor, beautiful new construction and upgrades throughout make this the perfect vacation rental for multiple families. Lovely outdoor decking and private hot tub in a natural landscape setting. Centrally located and close to the river on the West side of Sunriver within walking distance to the Cardinal Landing footbridge. This home includes 8 Adult Bikes and One child's size bike. 10 Unlimited SHARC passes.

  The home and location are beautiful and were perfect for our summer family gathering.—Two things that did detract from our overall stay, we paid a lot of money to have VERY limited access to SHARC center, the prices go up during the summer but shouldn’t have since access to pool was so severely limited, Also, propane tank for BBQ was not full (only enough to preheat the BBQ before it ran out), there was only one station in SunRiver that filled tanks and the tank was defective so it couldn’t even be filled which almost ruined our dinner one evening. Property managers did bring replacement tank the next afternoon but it didn’t help for the prior evening and getting kids and adults fed

We're sorry the problem interfered with your family dinner.   Unique home for families with young children--fully equipped--bikes, foosball, pinball machine, two sets of bunks, one is a double bed, huge smart tv, own bathroom...outstanding upstairs space. All 4 large master bedrooms located in four corners of the house, all with full baths. High end furnishings, excellent kitchen supplies and appliances, all updated and easy to operate. Deck is just right size with 3 burner Weber grill and private hot tub for 6.
  Not inexpensive but truly worth it.

  This place was amazing! I highly recommend staying at Sparks 8 if you have the opportunity. The rental was large enough for our group which included three families, and we still had our own space thanks to the 5 bedrooms/4 masters. It is affordable and was in perfect condition when we arrived. Reserving the place and the checking out process were both seamless.
  
  Sunriver is a great place to bring the family. We went biking, hiking, and spent time at the pool. My six year old even had the opportunity for a pony ride!!! The SHARC passes were great for our big group, the kids really enjoyed all that Sunriver has to offer.
  
  My only regret is that I am not able to give this rental and location more than five stars for this review. We had a blast and can't wait to go back.
