  We really enjoyed our stay at MH 26. It was very convenient to be within walking distance of the Sharc and the Village. We were impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. It would be easier to have a pushbutton code for entry to the home rather than dealing with keys. Some simple instructions on turning the AC on and off would have been helpful as the font on the flip down directions on the thermostat is very small and difficult to read.

  Very nicely appointed, well stocked, clean and conveniently located rental. Close to Village and to the SHARC (8 passes included). 4 bikes in good condition. Nice back deck with a small meadow that separates the other units. Small private enclosed side deck with BBQ and hot tub (2 person but can squeeze in 4 in a pinch). Great layout. Upstairs room has bunk and queen bed with full bathroom. Doubles as a kid's TV room. Downstairs has master bed suite and spare queen bedroom with 3rd full bathroom just outside. Washer and dryer in unit. Very nice place to stay and would not hesitate to rent again.

  Our two teenagers were on Spring Break and we needed a break from our home routines. After spending much time online looking for a place, we finally found this nice 3 bedroom 3 bath -Meadow house #26. The only issue we had was with heating. The heat fluctuated a lot and the heat in the bathroom of the master bedroom downstairs had no heat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. It was quite relaxing and pleasant. The house was nicely furnished and remodeled. The kitchen was fully stacked with everything we needed to cook or bake. The bikes were in great condition, and the hot tub, as well as the gas grill worked perfectly. We would definitely return there but would request heat in the bathroom if it's not Summer.   The meadow house is newly updated. It is beautiful and comfortable. The only thing we were diasappponted with was the condition and odd access to the hot tub. It was something we had planned for and didn’t end up using because it was really dirty on the outside, very small, and located in an awkward corner against the house.

    Taffy, we are glad that you enjoyed the house. Just so you are aware, we do have someone available 24/7 both in our maintenance and hot tub division. There are two ways to access the hot tub one is to go around the front of the house and through the gate and the second is through the sliding glass door in the dining room. The second entrance is a direct access and you do not have to go around the home. Always know you can call us if you have issues. We hope that you will consider visiting Sunriver again.

  We had a wonderful time in Sunriver even though we had to delay our visit until October due to the fires in Oregon. This house is very comfortable and well appointed. The staff at Sunset Lodging was very helpful and were very responsive when we had a slight problem with one of the TVs and also when the furnace quit working. We would definitely rent this home again and have already rented a larger home, through Sunset Lodging, for a bigger family gathering next summer. The weather was warmer than expected for the first few days of our stay and we were able to get out for some hiking and walking.

The beds were comfortable, the kitchen packed with everything we needed (and way more) and the entire house was spotlessly clean.   We appreciated the fact that the condo turned out to be as it was described. It was remodeled, clean and in an excellent location close the Sharc and The Village. It’s listed as “ two master suites” however one of the master suites is upstairs and includes bunk beds and a tiny bathroom. We had trouble with keys not working in the front door but Sunset Lodging employees were quick to fix the problem.

  We had a lovely stay in this condo. It worked out perfectly for our group of two adult couple, 2 small children and a brief stay with another adult child. The location was perfect - as we arrived Sunday & used our bikes to take care of all wandering, erranding, shopping etc.
  The kitchen setup worked very well for meal prep. Several locations for games and video watching.
  While it is a condo - therefore smaller than I am used to - the space was very efficiently organized so it worked very very well.
  Loved sitting outside on the deck facing the open areas between condos.
  Loved how central it was so the young kids (9 and 6) could still bike efficiently.

  My experience at this place gets the highest marks.The one negative for me was the three remotes for the television and Dvd system. No instructions for using it were provided and found it very frustrating to get it to work - finally did figure it out.
