Sequoia 1 offers Sunriver travelers elegant and spacious design with convenience and access to all of the excitement that Sunriver has to offer. Whether it’s summer or winter, you’ll have plenty to do. Sequoia 1 is just a short walk to the SHARC and a 15 minute drive to Mount Bachelor. Sunriver’s three world class golf courses are all close by along with 33+ miles of bike paths, epic hiking and access to the Deschutes River. This home is in a unique location making it close to the Sharc, Village Mall and Fort Rock Park

The reverse living, open floor plan includes: vaulted ceilings, a large flat screen TV, a spacious new couch, a gas fireplace and formal dining for eight at the large table. You will also find seats for 2 more at the breakfast bar. The beautifully appointed kitchen has granite counters, stainless steel appliances and all of the cookware and bake ware needed for even the most discriminating foodies. New flooring has been installed as well! The upstairs king bedroom, has a brand new Tempurpedic mattress (2021), an new flat screen mounted smart TV and bath connected.

The lower level of the home has 2 king bedrooms, both with smart TVs and DVD players, and both equipped with private en suite baths. There is also a queen suite with its own bath and a 5th bedroom with bunk beds with a bathroom nearby. Privacy and fully equipped suites make this home perfect for multiple couples and families to travel together. There are six smart TVs equipped with Netflix and 3 DVDs throughout the house.

There are 6 Adult bikes and 5 kids bikes for use at this home. Bikes are located to the right of the garbage enclosure inside the locked door. Take a ride on one of the easily accessed bike paths just steps from the home!

The outdoor deck features a table, providing seating for 12 and a private hot tub. Soak your cares away while stargazing under a blanket of stars after a long day at the Sharc, exploring the trails or hitting the slopes. Although Sequoia 1 is centrally located in Sunriver, it still maintains a sense of seclusion among the towering pines woven throughout the area.   Great house! Air conditioning worked very well for the downstairs bedrooms. We did not think the upstairs bed room had an AC vent because it got pretty warm in the room when the door was closed. The upstairs shower floor was very slippery - needs a mat! We loved the reclining sectional in the living area and the large dining table. This was a great house and I would definitely stay here again!

  My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Sequoia #1. The house was spacious, but cozy. The bedrooms has plenty of room. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of snowboarding. Everything was clean and tidy. There were plenty of shops and food options nearby and it was easy to get to Bend and Mt. Bachelor. Sunset lodging was very helpful when I called with questions and when we added 2 dogs to our reservation. Overall just a great experience. I can’t wait to come back to central Oregon!

  You cannot beat having a house with 5 bedrooms and everybody has their own bathroom!! Sequoia #1 was a great find! Well stocked (even a turkey baster and meat thermometer!). Convenient location and lots of parking. We had an issue with hot tub that was rectified immediately! We will definitely book again. The only suggestion might be is to upgrade a few of the mattresses.

  We were here for a wedding and to celebrate our son's birthday. This house had plenty of space. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which works great. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a pizza cutter but we survived. Bikes in the basement, aquatic center passes, toys and vanes for the kids all made for a good time. One note of caution: living area is on the top level, bedrooms are on the bottom so there is a lot of stair climbing.

  Overall good experience with friendly helpful staff. Upon arrival we noticed there were no champagne glasses in the kitchen. We were staying to celebrate New Years Eve and champagne glasses are a must. I mentioned this to the staff and they immediately said they would make sure we have some. That was very nice!! Property was nice and clean but the furniture was so worn down that you would literally slide off the cushions. VERY uncomfortable! The owners desperately need to replace the couches. The kitchen could have also been better equipped. No Saran or ziplocs for food storage.

  We loved that this house has 4 master bedrooms so each set of parents had their own comfortable room. The kids all shared the bunk room. We love the location! Very close to SHARC and the village. The SHARC passes are a big perk. Plenty for anyone in our group that wanted to go. The extra bikes were nice, too, since not everyone brought bikes. Although the hot tub is nice and there a a small outdoor space around the hot tub, we missed have an open deck that we could use to enjoy meals or coffee/drinks outside. The house does show some wear and tear, too, and there were shelves, landings that dust ha dbuilt up on. I would say the house was pretty clean, but there was some room for improvement. Overall, we were happy and would consider staying there again.

  Second year that we have stayed at Sequoia # easily accommodates our three families. Only compliant would be that the air conditioning is insufficient to properly cool the upstairs without freezing out the downstairs. There are not enough vents in the upstairs room. This one short coming becomes obvious with the three or four portable fans in the upstairs' rooms. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and all bedrooms have their own baths. Location is great as it is within short bike sides of the Shark, the Mall and Fort Rock Park. It is a very good value for a home this size. We have already booked again for 2019.

  This house is in a great location. We had a very short walk to the SHARC and Village. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom minus the kids room which had the bathroom right outside of it. We had four families fit comfortably in this home. The private hot tub and outdoor space was very nice and spacious with plenty of seating. There were some bikes available too. The only slightly negative was the rooms under the dining room and kitchen both could hear every movement above. Luckily my husband brought ear plugs but I didn't. Even with that said, this may be our new favorite home we have stayed in Sunriver.

  We booked the house for Christmas and this was our first trip in winter to Sunriver. We usually stay in the summer. We had a great time. The only issue we had was the garbage at the house was already completely full upon arrival so we have no where to put anything. The Management Company told us that the hot tub key would open under the stairs however it would not. We felt bad having to pile up the garbage but that was our only option.

  This house is awesome for several families. Four of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached allowing privacy and comfort.
  The deck and outdoor area are very well situated for privacy from the nearby bike trails. The house is very close to both the SHARC and the Village.
  We will definitely stay here again our group loved the space and the comfort.

  Awesome location and a great place for multigenerational families to share. The bunk room included a few toys and TV for late night movies. Kitchen had all you could ask for and was easy to use, plenty of plates and glassware for large groups. On the down side there was not a garage, but there is a good size storage closet.

  The house was very comfortable, very clean and had lots of space for parents, kids and the dogs. The weather was unfortunately not great so having the SHARC and Village so close by was really nice.
