Sequoia 1 in Sunriver is a great place to stay! We had 11 family members so the set-up was almost perfect with the 5 bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom! The only drawback was that the bunk room was crowded with 4 kids occupying it. Would have been a bit more comfortable having the bunks in one of the larger bedrooms. Location was amazing! So close to the Shark and Village. We only rent from pet friendly homes that provide Shark passes for everyone so that sealed the deal. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, and the appliances worked good. The home had a comfortable lived in appearance with super comfy soft beds, extra blankets and pillows. Check in and out was flawless.
Check out Blondies pizza (yum) and rent an e-bike from Four Seasons Recreational Outfitters. They are so friendly and really helpful!
An all around great experience! Highly recommend!!

This home worked well for my family, which included three married couples, two with small children. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked for all your cooking needs. Only suggestion would be a baby gate available at the top of the stairs.
Hot tub was wonderful. Overall would definitely recommend this home for the price point.

We recently stayed here for our early family Christmas get together. It was perfect with the three master suites and extra bathrooms. A great setup for multiple families that kept everyone comfortable and gave them privacy. The kitchen was especially well-stocked with nice dinnerware, decent cookware and pretty much everything you need to cook a meal- including spices and condiments. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was the perfect set up for our family reunion. The house had everything, I mean everything we needed. The stairs were a little rough on the elderly. I can't wait to use this house again next year! The house was far enough away we could enjoy the wild life, but close enough to town we could get food and the essentials. The bikes and board games were the perfect touch for the kids. Having enough rooms and bathrooms for everyone was essential for us.I wish a king bed could fit in the room with the queen bed. The jacuzzi was perfect on cold nights. We love all the windows.

Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom that worked well for us. Was nice to have w hot tub and loved that the house came with sharc passes! Downfall was the house was not super clean would like them to spend a little more time between people cleaning there were splatters on the wall and cabinets, a old hard breadstick under one of the beads and just not up to my cleanliness level. Great location to the village, park and sharc center.

Great house! Air conditioning worked very well for the downstairs bedrooms. We did not think the upstairs bed room had an AC vent because it got pretty warm in the room when the door was closed. The upstairs shower floor was very slippery - needs a mat! We loved the reclining sectional in the living area and the large dining table. This was a great house and I would definitely stay here again!

My friends and I had a wonderful time staying at Sequoia #1. The house was spacious, but cozy. The bedrooms has plenty of room. The hot tub was amazing after a long day of snowboarding. Everything was clean and tidy. There were plenty of shops and food options nearby and it was easy to get to Bend and Mt. Bachelor. Sunset lodging was very helpful when I called with questions and when we added 2 dogs to our reservation. Overall just a great experience. I can’t wait to come back to central Oregon!

You cannot beat having a house with 5 bedrooms and everybody has their own bathroom!! Sequoia #1 was a great find! Well stocked (even a turkey baster and meat thermometer!). Convenient location and lots of parking. We had an issue with hot tub that was rectified immediately! We will definitely book again. The only suggestion might be is to upgrade a few of the mattresses.

We were here for a wedding and to celebrate our son's birthday. This house had plenty of space. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which works great. The kitchen had everything we needed except for a pizza cutter but we survived. Bikes in the basement, aquatic center passes, toys and vanes for the kids all made for a good time. One note of caution: living area is on the top level, bedrooms are on the bottom so there is a lot of stair climbing.

Overall good experience with friendly helpful staff. Upon arrival we noticed there were no champagne glasses in the kitchen. We were staying to celebrate New Years Eve and champagne glasses are a must. I mentioned this to the staff and they immediately said they would make sure we have some. That was very nice!! Property was nice and clean but the furniture was so worn down that you would literally slide off the cushions. VERY uncomfortable! The owners desperately need to replace the couches. The kitchen could have also been better equipped. No Saran or ziplocs for food storage.

I am sorry to hear that you thought that there would be items like ziplock bags and saran wrap, those are not items that are stocked in the homes, but the grocery stores nearby do sell them if you are in need. There were a few minor hiccups, and the furniture was a little too soft for a few of my family members, but overall, had a great time. Beds were clean and comfortable. Upstairs bathroom was a weird set up though. Needed a few things and when we called the property management group, they helped us in a timely manner and were very friendly. Thanks for taking care of us.

Very spacious rental. A bit dated and smelled musty/heavily of dog. Carpet smelled terrible. Could use some repairs in the upstairs shower, and dusting of all the cobwebs.

We loved that this house has 4 master bedrooms so each set of parents had their own comfortable room. The kids all shared the bunk room. We love the location! Very close to SHARC and the village. The SHARC passes are a big perk. Plenty for anyone in our group that wanted to go. The extra bikes were nice, too, since not everyone brought bikes. Although the hot tub is nice and there a a small outdoor space around the hot tub, we missed have an open deck that we could use to enjoy meals or coffee/drinks outside. The house does show some wear and tear, too, and there were shelves, landings that dust ha dbuilt up on. I would say the house was pretty clean, but there was some room for improvement. Overall, we were happy and would consider staying there again.

Second year that we have stayed at Sequoia # easily accommodates our three families. Only compliant would be that the air conditioning is insufficient to properly cool the upstairs without freezing out the downstairs. There are not enough vents in the upstairs room. This one short coming becomes obvious with the three or four portable fans in the upstairs' rooms. Other than that, the rooms are spacious and all bedrooms have their own baths. Location is great as it is within short bike sides of the Shark, the Mall and Fort Rock Park. It is a very good value for a home this size. We have already booked again for 2019.

This house is in a great location. We had a very short walk to the SHARC and Village. We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom minus the kids room which had the bathroom right outside of it. We had four families fit comfortably in this home. The private hot tub and outdoor space was very nice and spacious with plenty of seating. There were some bikes available too. The only slightly negative was the rooms under the dining room and kitchen both could hear every movement above. Luckily my husband brought ear plugs but I didn't. Even with that said, this may be our new favorite home we have stayed in Sunriver.

We booked the house for Christmas and this was our first trip in winter to Sunriver. We usually stay in the summer. We had a great time. The only issue we had was the garbage at the house was already completely full upon arrival so we have no where to put anything. The Management Company told us that the hot tub key would open under the stairs however it would not. We felt bad having to pile up the garbage but that was our only option.

This house is awesome for several families. Four of the bedrooms have a bathroom attached allowing privacy and comfort.
The deck and outdoor area are very well situated for privacy from the nearby bike trails. The house is very close to both the SHARC and the Village.
We will definitely stay here again our group loved the space and the comfort.

Awesome location and a great place for multigenerational families to share. The bunk room included a few toys and TV for late night movies. Kitchen had all you could ask for and was easy to use, plenty of plates and glassware for large groups. On the down side there was not a garage, but there is a good size storage closet.

The house was very comfortable, very clean and had lots of space for parents, kids and the dogs. The weather was unfortunately not great so having the SHARC and Village so close by was really nice.
