  We had a great stay in Sunriver. The location is great and we loved walking to get coffee with the kids in the morning. We even saw deer on our stroll! We were able to make good use of the SHARC passes, however you are required to bring your own beach towels to SHARC, and the rental provides no beach towels - just bath towels. The towels / bath amenities were more like a motel quality, so if you're staying for longer you may want to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, etc. Overall we were happy with the stay and felt the rental was accurately described.

  We have rented Tennis village 4 multiple times over the past few years. When we needed to stay and work remotely for 4 weeks we chose to come to Sunriver. This house is perfect for a family of 4 for that period and can accommodate upto 8 people. Its a short walk away from the Sunriver village and we enjoyed our stay here.

  My son stayed here for the 2nd time on our annual summer trip, and it's a great place with a very comfy vibe. My only issue is that the dishwasher handle gets stuck and you can't open it. Both trips had me washing all dishes by hand the entire trip. I shrugged it off the first time, but was surprised to see it still an issue a year later. A minor nit, but one that should be fixed.

  There were only 3 of us so we had tons of space. This house can sleep a lot of people. The extra vanity in each bedroom and the sinks/vanities being adjacent to the bathrooms make 2 baths doable with a group of people.
  
  It's pretty dated so you don't rent it for the luxury but for an economical way to take a family to sunriver. It worked well for us.
  
  Location is fantastic and the bikes were a great bonus.
  
  The listing says there is a hot-tub but there isn't one.

  House was nice, except for no AC. It got up to 78 inside during the day. Refrigerator freezer leaked melted water down into the bottom shelves. I think the drain is plugged, should check.roads are confusing.

  Worked out great for 8 of us. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. Extra bicycles to use and great location for bike paths, grocery store, restaurants, and the games area. Pool passes were a big hit with the grandchildren and the use of the pickle ball courts!

  We booked our travel at last minute and were looking for a furnished condo (as opposed to a hotel room), and this is one of available units we chose. It was has two bedrooms, with one of them having direct/private access. Another bedroom on the floor upstairs. Good location with a nice short walk/bike ride to the main plaza. Kitchen was fully furnished. It is a very well maintained property. The only thing to note is the shower is not high/tall enough. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would certainly rent it again when we return to the resort again.
